I was pretty excited. Used pretzels for the tail (also used a big prezel as the support for the turkey neck. Cream cheese and a chocolate chip serve as the eyes. Cut red peppers for the wings and the beard.

Year #2 for the Turkey Cheese Ball.

Not as motivate this time around, accessorized with green olives for eyes and carrots for the beak and tail feathers.

Here is my FIRST cheeseball. It's a Goblin Head, 2008.

Here's the basic Cheeseball Recipe from Paula Dean.

2 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese softened at room temp
1 - 8 oz. package of shredded taco flavored cheese
1/4 cup of butter
2 Tablespoons of milk

Directions:
Combine the 2 packages of cream cheese, taco-flavored cheese and butter in a mixing bowl. Add milk and beat with an electric mixer until combined (stopping and scraping the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed.) Cover the bowl and chill for 4 to 24 hours.

Form the cheese mixture into the desired shape and place on serving plate. Decorate as you like. Serve with crackers, Enjoy!
