Go to Account|Account Settings|Account Security and click Change. Check at least the first setting, FB defaults to the non-secure setting. Copy and repost!!"
Yes- this is true. According to snopes, if you are using an unsecured connection (http:), you could be at risk of being "sidejacked." You most likely don't need to be concerned unless you are on a public wifi network (coffee shop, hotel, jacking free internet from your neighbor), or if your home network is not secured. A secured website (https:) uses encryption to send your information from your computer to their server. For more detailed information on this- check out this entry on snopes.
